What services do you offer?
While I mostly specialize in couples, headshots and portraits, I do enjoy capturing moments from all walks of life! I offer a wide range of sessions that involve portraits, couples and families.
Weddings are by special request only.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
I do my very best to stay within the time frame that is associated with the client's chosen session. If the client chooses to extend their session the day of, either the next offered session price will be added to the original invoice or an extra fee will be applied.
How far out do I have to book a session?
While I do enjoy being spontaneous, I usually require a 48 hour notice before a session. This ensures that I have to time to prepare and scout out a location for the session.
When is my payment due?
All sessions must be paid in full before arriving to the scheduled session. If payment is not received after the session is finished, the clients will not receive their gallery until the payment is fulfilled.
What if I have to cancel my session?
While I would be sad to see you go, I understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out. If the invoice has already been sent, then the client is responsible to pay 25% of said invoice as a cancellation fee.
Do you travel for sessions?
While I do most sessions in my hometown of Wichita, Kansas within an hour radius, I am willing to travel for a session! An additional $15 per hours worth of driving to a session (i.e. 3 hour drive = an additional $45) will be added to the original session price.
How long is the editing process?
This depends the type of session. I do my absolute best to have pictures back to the client within 7-10 days, but this is just an estimate. I will update clients if the editing process is taking longer than anticipated.
Do I have to order prints through you?
While it is not required, I do have a storefront where clients can order higher quality prints through their personalized gallery. All photos in general are available to download and can be printed elsewhere if desired.
What if I have to reschedule my session?
I get it! Things happen and schedules can get busy. I do not charge an additional fee if the session is rescheduled.
What if I want additional edited photos?
My goal for my clients is to give them the best and highest quality photos I can offer right upfront. If client wishes to have more photos added to their gallery, a $15 fee will be charged per additional edited photo.
